Behind a solid starting effort from Clayton Kershaw, the Dodgers came out victorious with a 4-2 victory in Game 5 over the Rays. While the Dodgers only managed 6 hits, they received timely home runs from Joc Pederson as well as Max Muncy for the first time all series.
Game 6 is on Tuesday, and the Dodgers are once again one win away from their first title since 1988. Los Angeles could hold the MLB and NBA titles for the first time since then as well! Last night’s game marked another improvement for Kershaw’s postseason resume. A win Tuesday is the final seal for his hall of fame resume.
